James brings passion to every project he works on, developing an innovative often scientific approach to SEO with an evolutionary growth mindset using a constant open feedback loop optimisation process underpinned by a marginal gains approach, clustered around a core directional path allows strategies to be “rep-tested” scaled up, to provide the highest ROI for clients.
An expert of all things digital, he brings to Polaris a highly analytical technical background with a marketing viewpoint that aligns an impactful digital strategy towards a brands goal, immersing himself within a client’s business to achieve a full understanding of the underlying business growth problems to develop channel solutions to overcome these often not known (sometimes a surface assumption) barriers to growth.
