Digitalday

digitalday at dartford grammar schoolAt POLARIS, one of the guiding principles we foster internally is continual growth and personal development. Whilst we are constantly learning internally about our trade, and specialisms within digital marketing and communications, we also feel a sense of responsibility to help those around us to if we can.

A few months ago, we were approached by BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) to find out if we would be interested in helping to share our individual experiences of working in digital with young adults in full time education.

As a result, we are delighted to announce that we will be holding a digital day at Dartford Grammer School, in Kent, to do just this. Our goal is to share information and insight into what its like working in Digital, and also the career opportunities that digital presents to young adults considering their future.

Its a great way to do something for the local community, and hopefully help to create opportunity and awareness amongst an age group that may not otherwise be so aware of the possibilities digital has to offer.

Several team members will be heading to the grammar school in November to attend and help deliver the days initiative, and we are all excited to be doing so. Roll on #digitalday22.
