Sales & Marketing Coordinator

If you’ve ever worked within a scale-up before, you’ll know first hand that no day is the same…

  • You will build and maintain existing client relationships ensuring clients’ expectations are met and exceeded.
  • You will be the first dedicated client services role within the business for all service areas including SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Strategy and Analytics
  • Provide day to day client support building relevant reporting metrics and communication channels.
  • Research, pitch and execute account business plans in collaboration with both client and technical team.
  • Audit and pitch new business enquiries with senior management and technical team
  • Deliver QBR to clients with actions and revenue growth ideas.
  • Represent the business at networking events.
  • Develop existing business through organic growth and additional services.
  • Contribute creative ideas that enhances client delivery.
  • Recruit, motivate and lead others in team, providing guidance on planning of client programmes and identifying training needs.
  • Take responsibility for delivering client programmes to budget and planned scope.
  • Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with technical seo team

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days a week service from the London office.

About you

  • Experience in enterprise and post-sales
  • Experience in building new and old relationships
  • Ideally having experience within the SEO, Adtech, Digital Marketing scene
  • Experience in communicating to C-suite and key business stakeholders
  • Experience in managing revenue
  • Experience in working in targeted roles
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent problem solving skills and a commitment to client services
  • Strategic thinker
  • Self starter
