Reachdesk, the global all bound engagement platform, approached POLARIS to guide them forward with increasing their SEO performance across several key markets, worldwide.

Working with the internal marketing team, POLARIS integrated fully across content, tech, and PR to determine how to set about integrating SEO into the consideration of all relevant stakeholders internally.

The internal team at POLARIS set about initially guiding the martech company on how to optimise their HubSpot based website, by fixing some basic SEO issues, before moving on to enhancing the site structure.

SEO Strategy

POLARIS evaluated the competitive marketplace and determined that competitors such as sendoso.com and alyce.com had coverage that could be reverse engineered for the benefit of Reachdesk’s SEO strategy.

By conducting a competitive landscape audit, we delivered a strategic plan to develop the profile of the business, utilising the HubSpot platform, to enhance existing content and developer further content along the user journey.

Our approach ensured that specific sectors were targeted, as identified by the client based on value to the business.

Google Analytics 4 Migration

POLARIS setup the clients GA4 solution from scratch, migrating all of their GTM goals and rebuilding them so that they worked on the new platform.

We also migrated the clients intelligence tool 6sense which required further customisation of datalayers and the building of custom dimensions within GA4.

After implementation, a round of testing and debugging was conducted to ensure all channels and campaigns were tracking correctly, providing the right data points needed by the business across all markets.

Google Analytics 4 Training

A series of training workshops to take the marketing department through the new setup, and show them how to utilise the tracking solution for reporting and monitoring.

As the GA4 solution was bedded into the internal teams, reports were established and discussed which gave the business the ability to utilise the new reporting suite that the platform offers for quick insight into performance.
