What’s your role at POLARIS?
At POLARIS, I work in a hybrid role that combines project management with hands-on delivery for some of our key accounts. My day-to-day tasks can involve making sure we are on track with clients’ tasks, keeping up comms, managing and executing projects from SEO to website builds. Whilst also working on the project management side of things I also work in a delivery capacity, with a specific focus on content. Usually this would look like doing competitor analyses to identify gaps which are then used to inform a strategy.
About Sharon
The place you will usually find me is either eating/ cooking food or with family (in that particular order). I have recently enjoyed going to art galleries with a particular love for romanticism art and a love of nature not just in pictures but also going to quiet serene nature spaces that allow me to introspect on everything I have to be grateful for and to plan my next steps (or my next cup of tea).
But on the polar opposite side of me, I love dragging people to go on hikes they didn’t ask for (especially on holiday) or to a Pilates class. And, just like most women out there I love a good cheeseboard and a night in with the girls watching Netflix/ binge watching an entire series.
Because what makes POLARIS special isn’t only our work — it’s the people behind it, their stories, and the lives they lead outside the office.
