What’s your role at POLARIS?
As Finance Director, I oversee the financial operations of POLARIS, ensuring the business is well-positioned for sustainable growth. My work covers financial management, reporting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making across teams. I focus on creating clarity and ensuring information is presented in a way that is accessible to everyone, whether that’s internal stakeholders or external partners.
Chris has worked in the finance sector for many years, gaining extensive experience. He has worked across a range of organisations, from small OMB’s to large corporates, initially within real estate and later expanding into various industries.

Outside of work, I appreciate the things that bring a sense of balance and perspective. I’m an avid cricket follower, enjoy reading particularly literature that challenges my thinking and I like to spend time walking and being outdoors. Fairness, thoughtful decision-making, and flexibility are core values for me, both professionally and personally. They shape how I work, how I lead, and how I support the wider team at POLARIS.
