John Mason International initially approached POLARIS SEO Agency with a clear brief to increase leads for key destinations including Australia and New Zealand and South Africa.

After a successful RFP process resulting in POLARIS being selected, the agency set about increasing the removal companies SEO performance. We have systematically worked together to increase rankings for each area of the world that John Mason International relocates their clients too, helping to increase visibility, and consequently sales and enquiries.

Challenges

Initially, the removals company website had a number of technical constraints that meant that key destination pages were not crawlable by search engines.

POLARIS set about conducting technical audits that resulted in the delivery of a set of clear recommendations to enhance the WordPress based website.

Once these recommendations were approved, the POLARIS team then set up a development environment and took on the technical development of the removals website to enhance its technical position.

Key areas of improve included focusing on a new sitemap, the structural level of key landing pages within the site architecture, and the keyword density ratio within page copy.

Solution Delivery

The POLARIS team delivered a fully encompassing SEO service including SEO strategy, planning and integration. This included the allocation of web development support to integrate SEO changes directly within the client website.

POLARIS developed the destination website to target users at varying stages of the moving journey, from researching destinations to needing to think about currency conversion.

Regular content was ideated and produced that strengthened the SEO equity of key destination landing pages within the website. This was to build more depth from an SEO perspective and to aid users in being able to get more useful information from John Mason over competitors.

 

Increasing Leads Through CRO

After increasing SEO traffic to an all time high for the removals company, the SEO team then set about considering how to make traffic convert at a higher rate.

Analysing the number of leads being generated per destination, POLARIS setup a series of conversion rate optimization studies that recorded user interaction through and aimed to improve conversion rates over time.

A number of opportunities were identified, including adding a fixed footer on mobile to drive more enquiries and improving the positioning and fields within the enquiries form to make the enquiry process faster for customers.
