What’s your role at POLARIS?
As SEO Director at POLARIS, I set the vision for sustainable digital growth, driven by both passion and experience. I lead with a focus on elevating every digital journey, aligning strategy with measurable outcomes while ensuring clarity, accountability, and lasting impact. Central to my role is identifying the factors limiting growth, translating them into shared insights, and designing coordinated actions that move brands forward.
Over the years, I’ve led campaigns across industries from fashion to homeware for brands including Dune, Rapha, Creed, SeaSalt, and Neptune, and directed digital due diligence for M&A activity with Big 4 firms on behalf of private equity-backed portfolio companies such as British Growth Fund, Piper, and Livingbridge. An analytical, technically driven leader, I position myself strategically behind the team observing, advising, and supporting, so they can take the lead, while I shape strategy, build the business case for SEO investment, and guide marketing functions toward sustainable organic growth.

Outside of work, as a former Welsh squad rugby player, I stay active in the gym and still enjoy watching rugby, often with a well-crafted German or Czech pilsner. I’m equally drawn to fine dining, especially French cuisine paired with a nice Blanc de Blancs champagne.
Beyond that, I’m on a constant path of self-development, digesting business books, and advising friends and family on marketing strategy. Some might call it “still work,” but with a strong Arabica espresso in hand, it’s how I relax and recharge.
